One of the great octopus games is octopus tip. So I'll explain that game.

All you need is a large space indoors or outdoors and a group of excited people.

Pick two people to be in. Then explain the rules:

• When you are in, you always have to be holding hands with another person whose in.
  
  
• When in, your purpose is to tip the people who aren't in.
• When tipped that person needs to hold hands with a player in that chain.
• When there are four people in the group, that group splits into two groups of two.
  
• The last person tipped wins!
