You can either play this game indoors or outdoors.
You need:
A group from 5 to 15 people to play this game.
A football, Tennis ball or soccer ball.
An area to play the game in, either on a field or in a building.
First
Everyone needs to get in a circle, for this is a circle game. You need to make everyone stretch out their arms and the tips of their fingers should be touching the person next to them.
Second
You never move your feet off the ground unless you drop down a level. One person starts with the football. He passes it to a person in the circle (not to the people next to him). If that person catches the ball he then passes it to another person. When someone drops the ball, he has to drop down a level. This is how we play this circle game.
Third
There are four different ways to play the circle game: quick, fast, medium or slow. You can make up your own round if you want.
Quick
You start by standing up.
If the ball is dropped, you need to have one knee touching the ground and the other leg standing up.
Then both knees touching the ground.
Then you go out.
Fast
You start by standing up.
If you drop the ball you need to have one knee touching the ground and the other leg standing up.
Then both knees touching the ground.
Then you sit on your bottom .
Then lay on your belly.
Then go out.
Medium
You start by standing up and you may use both hands to catch the ball.
If you drop the ball you stand up and use one hand.
Then you need to have one knee touching the ground and the other leg standing up using both hands.
Then you need to have one knee touching the ground and the other leg standing up using only one hand.
Then both knees touching the ground using both hands

Then you sit on your bottom using both hands

Slow
You start by standing up using both hands to catch the ball.
Then you stand up using your right hand.
Then you stand up using your left hand.

Then you need to have one knee touching the ground and the other leg standing up using your left hand.

Once you are out, move out of the circle, because you are out of this circle game. If you have to move your feet to catch the ball the thrower is drops down a level. If the ball doesn't make it to you on the full the thrower drops down a level.
